Pat Nevins has more than 37 years of experience related to general management consulting and engineering consulting. Prior to retiring he served as Principal for more than 18 years at the firm Towers Perrin (now Towers Watson), a global management consulting company. He joined Towers Perrin in 1984 and managed numerous million-dollar consulting projects to improve operations effectiveness, and developed major business processes to enhance overall performance for Fortune 500 companies in several industries.
Prior to joining Towers Perrin, he worked for 15 years in the consulting engineering and construction industry. He served as senior project engineer managing the overall electrical engineering design of several power plants.
Since retiring in 2006, he has spent several years assisting the non-profit Food Bank industry, including the Harry Chapin Food Bank, as a volunteer business consultant.
Nevins has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a law degree from DePaul University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a retired member of the Illinois Bar.
