Craig Folk attended Vanderbilt University for his undergraduate degree and the University of Chicago for his MBA. He has over 30 years of experience as a CPA and tax accountant. He worked 18 years with the international firms of Arthur Andersen & Co. and Coopers & Lybrand LLP and is now a partner in the local firm of Miller, Helms & Folk, PA. Folk prepares tax returns and does business planning and income tax, estate tax and international tax planning for individuals and business entities. Folk is a frequent speaker throughout Southwest Florida on such topics as year end tax planning, U.S. taxation of foreign investment in U.S. real estate and charitable planned giving. Folk serves on the board of directors of the Harry Chapin Food Bank, the United Way of Lee County and the Southwest Florida Community Foundation. Folk has previously served on the boards of the Planned Giving Council of Lee County, the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Edison College Foundation.
